Shipping and Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

1. At hiccup, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders within to most major pin codes.

2. The free shipping policy is not applicable for certain pin codes or on Cash on Delivery orders.

3. All goods are aimed to be delivered within 8-10 days after the orders are placed. In case of any urgency please do write to us at yourchums@myhiccup.in and we would try to accommodate your request and let you know if there is a possibility to deliver any sooner.

4. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

CANCELLATIONS

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order please write to us at yourchums@myhiccup.in Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
